Perhaps the answer to why the Finnish have a national drinking problem

Finland apparently has a drinking problem. They have very strict laws to try to curb this social problem. However, the problem still remains. I remember hearing about subliminal advertising once. And the more I walk around the city of Oulu, I think I can see where the problem lies… subliminal adverting.

Everywhere you go, there are these eye catching signs… “ALE! ALE! ALE!” And in all sort of shops from jewellery shops to department stores to pet shops. Everywhere, “ALE! ALE! ALE!”
